Meet Our Staff
Dr. Vanessa Anderson
Dr. Anderson graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1990, after attending Western Michigan University for undergraduate studies. While at Palmer, Dr. Anderson was the secretary of Student Council, Campus Guide Vice President, a rep for the International Chiropractic Association and a member of the Academic review committee.
After graduating, Dr. Anderson joined Moline Chiropractic Clinic where she practiced for 8 years before establishing Discover Chiropractic in 1998. Health, wellness and fitness are very important to Dr. Anderson and her family; and she is proud that she comes from an extended family of 10 chiropractors.
Dedicated to continuing education, she keeps abreast of the field's research innovations, as well as attending post graduate seminars in advanced chiropractic adjusting and diagnostic procedures, orthopedics, radiology, physiology and nutrition. Dr. Anderson has training in sports medicine, exercise rehabilitation, wellness care, pregnancy and pediatrics.
Dr. Vanessa is an avid gardener as well as a horse enthusiast; she has been riding and showing quarter horses since she was 7 years old. As an active member of the American Quarter Horse Breeders Association she has raised 80 foals that have gone to over 25 states and have went on to win many championships. Now she has just one horse Vinnie along with her cats Wendall and Sophie and her dog Daisy who is the resident office canine. Dr. Anderson also enjoys art, hiking, photography, snorkeling and seeing new places around the world she is at over 60 countries and planning on getting more. She is an avid pickleball player and plays in tournaments across the Midwest.
Dr. Chad Barclay
Born and raised in Marengo, Illinois, Dr. Barclay grew up working construction for his uncle during summer breaks. After graduating high school Dr. Barclay attended
Southern Illinois University where he earned his Bachelor Degree in Science. Dr. Barclay moved to Davenport, Iowa to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic and received a
scholarship for the rugby team.
After graduating in February of 2011, he is now happy to call the Quad cities his home. When Dr. Chad is not in the office he enjoys spending time with his wife Annie and their children Elliott and Eden.
After being a lifelong athlete, Dr. Barclay loves helping his patients remain active and engaging in all the little things they enjoy doing. His favorite thing about being a chiropractor is seeing patients of all ages evolve into the best person they can be through the expression of their innate intelligence.
Hannah Springer

Hannah graduated with a bachelor of science and a concentration in business management. She is now focusing her career goals toward chiropractic care, and has
been accepted to Palmer College of Chiropractic. Her hobbies focus on health and fitness, as well as spending time outdoors hiking
and camping. She loves her dog Dallas, and they spend lots of time on walks, playing fetch, and adventuring together. Hannah has also been enlisted in the Army National Gua
